Refund Policy

1 Refund Review & Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned products at our Pomona CA warehouse, we will confirm the product status within 2–3 business days. If the products meet the return standards, we will initiate a full or partial refund.

2 Refund Method & Arrival Time

All refunds will be returned to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal, Shopify payment, etc.). The refund arrival time depends on the official processing speed of the payment platform, generally 5–10 business days.

3 Partial Refund & Non-Refundable Situations

We only provide partial refunds for the following situations: products with slight non-quality damage, missing original accessories, or overdue return applications approved by customer service.
The following situations are non-refundable:
  • Final sale clearance products;
  • Products damaged by artificial use, modification, or improper storage;
  • Returned products with lost original packaging and accessories that cannot be resold;
  • Orders returned without official return authorization.

4 Order Cancellation & Refund

Customers can cancel their orders for free before the goods are shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and customers need to apply for a return after receiving the goods.

5. Defective Product & Wrong Shipment Policy

If you receive defective products, wrong items, or missing accessories, please contact our customer service (6268863715)jiamusiguoran@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery. We will provide free replacement, full refund, or free re-delivery services according to customer needs, and bear all related logistics costs.

6. Policy Update & Contact

We reserve the right to update and adjust this shipping, return and refund policy at any time. The updated policy will take effect immediately after being published on our Shopify store. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy regularly.
