Return Policy

1 Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We support 30-day free return service for all eligible products. Customers can apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. All return applications beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

2 Eligible Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, accessories intact;
  • The product is not a customized, personalized, or clearance final sale item (final sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable);
  • The product has no artificial damage, scratch, deformation, or man-made quality problems.

3 Return Application Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via the reserved phone: 6268863715, or send a message through the Shopify store background to submit a return application;
  2. Our customer service will review your application within 1–2 business days and send a formal return authorization (RA) instruction;
  3. Please send the returned goods back to our designated US factory warehouse address according to the instructions;
  4. Do not return goods without authorization, otherwise we have the right to refuse to accept the package and refuse the refund.

4 Return Shipping Fees

For returns due to customer personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size, accidental purchase, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. For returns due to our product quality problems, wrong shipment, or missing items, we will bear the full return shipping cost.
