1. How do I customize my crystal? Simply upload your photo during checkout, add custom text if you’d like, and preview your design before placing your order. You can adjust the photo position, choose the crystal shape, and pick a light base to complete your keepsake.

2. What photo works best for engraving? We recommend high-resolution photos (1000px+), clear and well-lit, with the main subject centered. Blurry, low-light, or overly filtered images may affect the engraving clarity. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us your photo for a free preview check.

3. Can I add custom text to my crystal? Yes! You can add names, dates, or short messages (up to 90 characters) in the engraving section. We offer multiple font options to match your style.

5. What if I want to change my design after ordering? Changes to photos or text can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the production process begins, and changes are no longer possible. Please double-check your preview before checkout.

6. How long does production take? Standard orders take 2–5 business days to produce. Shipping times vary by location, typically 7–15 business days to the US.

7. Can I see a preview before production? Our live preview tool shows exactly how your crystal will look. If you’d like an extra design check, send us your order number and photo via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll confirm the details for you.

8. What if my crystal arrives damaged? If your crystal arrives broken or with defects, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage, and we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
