These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases made through artlaser3d.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Color Bee Inc under the name ArtLaser3D (“ArtLaser3D,” “Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an order through the Site, you (“Buyer” or “you”) agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference below.
These Terms apply to consumer purchases of personalized 3D laser-engraved crystal keepsakes, accessories, and other products offered on the Site (collectively, the “Products”). We accept and ship orders to eligible destinations that are available for selection at checkout.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your state, whichever is higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. Products are offered for personal and lawful use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We make reasonable efforts to display Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the optical properties of crystal may affect how a Product appears online. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Personalized Products are created from the photo, text, size, shape, orientation, and other options you submit. You are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before checkout, including spelling, dates, image orientation, cropping, and Product selections.
To create an engraving, we may make reasonable technical adjustments to a submitted image, including cropping, background removal, contrast adjustment, depth conversion, retouching, and repositioning. These adjustments are part of the production process and may cause the finished engraving to differ from how the original two-dimensional image appears on a screen. Nothing in this section excuses a Product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order details.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We may review an order for payment authorization, Product availability, personalization requirements, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping eligibility, and compliance with these Terms.
We may reject or cancel an order before shipment if we reasonably determine that the order cannot be fulfilled, contains prohibited content, involves an obvious pricing or listing error, appears fraudulent or unauthorized, or violates these Terms or applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled Product to the original payment method, except to the extent otherwise required or permitted by law.
We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale or other commercial distribution.
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Displayed Product prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping charges, or other charges unless expressly stated. Applicable amounts are calculated and shown at checkout before you submit payment.
Payment is due when the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change. You represent that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Your payment provider may impose separate terms.
You retain ownership of photos, text, designs, and other content that you submit (“Customer Content”). You represent and warrant that you own the Customer Content or have all permissions necessary for us to use it to produce and fulfill your order, and that our authorized use will not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other right of a third party.
You grant Color Bee Inc and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, crop, edit, convert, reproduce, and otherwise process Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to review, design, manufacture, fulfill, deliver, support, remake, or refund your order, prevent fraud, and comply with law. This operational license ends when the relevant purposes and applicable legal retention periods end.
We will not use a customer’s personal photo in public advertising, social media, or a public portfolio without separate permission from the customer.
You may not submit Customer Content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise violates another person’s rights. We may refuse or cancel an order containing prohibited content.
Personalized orders may enter design and production quickly. Requests to cancel an order or change a photo, text, size, shape, or other design detail must be sent to support@artlaser3d.com within 24 hours after the order is placed.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor a timely request, but changes or cancellation are not guaranteed once design work or production has started. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are ready to ship or have shipped, subject to any cancellation right required by applicable law.
We ship to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. For eligible U.S. orders, Free Shipping applies at $79 or more with an estimated transit time of 1–5 business days, while a $15 shipping charge applies below $79. Standard or Express shipping, when available at checkout, has an estimated transit time of 1–4 business days. International destinations, services, and carrier-calculated USPS or DHL rates are shown at checkout. Processing, shipping, and delivery timeframes displayed on the Site or in our Shipping Policy are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned or requires reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, you may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs, unless prohibited by law.
If we cannot ship within the time stated at the time of sale, or within the period otherwise required by law, we will provide notice and offer any cancellation, delay-consent, or refund option required by applicable law. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit obligations that cannot be waived under law.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed, title and risk of loss pass to you when the Product is delivered to the shipping address provided with the order. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, follow the reporting procedure in our Return and Refund Policy.
Please inspect your order after delivery. Returns, refunds, damaged or missing items, and remakes are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
In summary, all Products, including personalized and custom-made Products, may be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return approval is required before mailing a Product back. You may arrange the return shipment yourself or request a return label from us. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you use a label provided by us for a return that is not caused by our error, the label cost will be deducted from the refund. After we receive the returned Product, we will refund the Product price to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only for a wrong, damaged, or defective Product.

This location is a warehouse, not a public retail store or walk-in return counter. Do not send a Product to this address until we have issued return authorization and instructions.
We warrant that, at delivery, a Product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship and will materially conform to the confirmed order details, subject to the characteristics and reasonable technical adjustments of personalized laser engraving described in these Terms.
This limited warranty does not cover problems caused by unsuitable or low-resolution Customer Content, an error in text or selections submitted by the Buyer, misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, improper storage, ordinary wear, or damage occurring after delivery.
For a verified covered problem, we may provide a repair, replacement, remake, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law. The procedures and reporting periods in the Return and Refund Policy apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any implied warranty, consumer remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including applicable rights under California consumer protection and warranty laws.
The Site and its content—including the ArtLaser3D name, logos, text, graphics, Product photography, videos, layouts, software, design elements, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Color Bee Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
The Site is hosted by Shopify. Payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties may provide services used to operate the Site and fulfill orders. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of their services.
Purchases made on the Site are transactions between you and Color Bee Inc. Shopify is not the seller of the Products and is not responsible for Product fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer support.
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Customer Content may contain personal information; we use it only as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its non-Product content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product warranties and non-waivable consumer rights are addressed separately in Section 9 and are not limited by this Site disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Bee Inc and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from an order, a Product, or use of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to a Product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability for personal injury or property damage to the extent caused by us, or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from Customer Content that you were not authorized to provide, your unlawful use of the Site or Products, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to compensate us for a claim to the extent caused by our negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, fire, labor disruptions, carrier or utility failures, government actions, epidemics, war, civil unrest, or widespread network failures. This section does not excuse payment obligations already due or any cancellation, notice, or refund obligation that applicable law requires.
These Terms and transactions made through the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
Before filing a lawsuit, you and Color Bee Inc agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A written notice should describe the issue, the relevant order number, and the requested resolution. Send notices to support@artlaser3d.com with the subject line “Notice of Dispute.” The receiving party will have 30 days to respond and attempt resolution, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.
Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. For other disputes that may lawfully be heard there, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. This provision does not prevent a consumer from filing a claim in another location when applicable law gives the consumer that right.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive any right to participate in a class or representative action where that right is provided by applicable law.
Assignment. You may not assign an order or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or transfer of the Site or business, subject to applicable law.
Waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Severability. If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No third-party beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not create rights for any person other than you and Color Bee Inc.
Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
These Terms, the order confirmation, applicable Product-page disclosures, and the policies linked in these Terms form the agreement between you and Color Bee Inc concerning an order and replace prior discussions or communications about that order.
If provisions conflict, an order-specific written agreement accepted by Color Bee Inc controls first. A specific policy controls the subject it expressly addresses—for example, the Return and Refund Policy controls return procedures—while these Terms control general sales matters. Nothing in this paragraph reduces a right provided by applicable law.
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that order. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date, and we will provide any additional notice required by law.
