This Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on our official Shopify independent store. We operate a local US factory warehouse to provide fast, local delivery and professional after-sales service for all customers in the United States. By placing an order on our store, you fully agree to the terms listed below.

All our products are stocked and shipped directly from our California local factory warehouse, no overseas cross-border transportation. We are committed to providing reliable and fast local shipping services for all domestic US orders.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently only provide shipping services for all states and territories within the United States. We do not support international shipping, including Canada, Mexico, and other overseas regions.

2.2 Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and inspected within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2.3 Delivery Time & Shipping Service

All in-stock items are delivered via US local mainstream logistics and ETC delivery for other auxiliary items. Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after order shipment. Remote US areas may require 7–10 business days for delivery.
We will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to customers once the order leaves our Pomona factory warehouse. Customers can track the real-time logistics status online at any time.

2.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, size, and delivery destination, which will be automatically displayed and confirmed on the checkout page before payment. We regularly launch free shipping promotions for orders that meet the threshold requirements.

2.5 Shipping Exceptions & Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure factors, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, logistics system failures, customs inspection, and holiday logistics congestion. We will actively track delayed orders and assist customers in solving logistics problems.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete US local shipping addresses. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages caused by incorrect address information, missed delivery, or unattended receiving.
